When will my order be dispatched?

All items will be dispatched 2-3 working days from the day your order was placed (unless stated otherwise). Customised jewellery pieces will be dispatched 3-5 working days from the day your order was placed. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Where do you deliver?

Currently, we deliver to the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland).

How and when will my order be delivered? (UK Delivery only)

All U.K. packages will be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Simply Khushi will not be held responsible for any delay in receipt of parcels as we cannot guarantee a delivery date once orders have been dispatched. Speed of delivery is dependent on the delivery service and may vary based on region.
