Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, contact us at contact.simplykhushi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please provide clear visual evidence of any issues if any are reported. 

We will evaluate the return request and if your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Carefully package your item(s) with all original materials and ship to the address provided. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to inspect and process your refund request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact.simplykhushi@gmail.com.

Notification: You'll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund has been initiated.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned / refunded such as earrings (due to hygiene concerns) and any customised jewellery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or pieces purchased during promotional events. Please check product details before purchasing.


Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred piece.
