The majority of Simply Khushi pieces are crafted from 18ct gold-plated stainless steel. We chose this material composition because it gives you the warm, luxurious look of gold with the everyday durability and affordability that fits real life.

Stainless steel is one of the most skin-friendly base metals available, making our pieces a great choice for those with sensitive skin. As with any jewellery, though, everyone's skin reacts a little differently, so if you have a known metal allergy we always recommend patch-testing where possible. Please refer to the material composition listed for each item on each product page.

Everyday wear is exactly what our pieces are designed for. Just remember to remove them before swimming, showering, or exercising to keep them looking their best for longer - see our full Jewellery Care Guide for the details.

All gold-plated jewellery will experience some very gradual fading over time with regular wear - this is completely normal, regardless of brand or price point. Following our care tips (avoiding water, chemicals, and perfumes on the jewellery) will significantly slow this process.

Our pieces are water-resistant rather than fully waterproof. Light contact with water won't cause immediate damage, but we'd recommend removing jewellery before showering, swimming, or bathing to protect the gold plating long-term.

Each bracelet's length is listed on its product page. To find your fit at home, wrap a soft tape measure around your wrist, or use a piece of string around your wrist and then measure that length against a ruler. Compare this measurement to the bracelet length listed on the product page to find your perfect fit.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

We don't currently offer a formal warranty period, but we stand behind the quality of our pieces and recommend you treat them according to our jewellery care advise. If something isn't right with your order, please reach out - we look at every case individually and want you to love what you're wearing.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We process orders quickly, so we can't always guarantee changes can be made, but we'll do everything we can to help.
